Blackburn Rovers partners with Darwen distillery to create gin

Blackburn Rovers Football Club has teamed up with a local distillery to create their own gin.

Their £ 35 ‘Riverside Gin’ has a juniper flavor and even comes in a decorative blue and white bottle.

The drink itself is distilled using “tactically selected” herbs that “embody the beautiful game.”

Named in homage to our famous stand on the banks of the Darwen River, is a top quality gin in a 50cl bottle with 40% alcohol content.

Working with Darwen-based The Whitehall Distillery, the team spent months creating the gin specially made for fans of the game.

Distilled on site at the Whitehall Hotel in Darwen, owner Neil Bullows said: tasty drink.

Many football fans are excited about the new gin.

Ryan Derbyshire tagged his friend and said, “Get some of it.”

Another Blackburn Rovers supporter wrote: ‘Christmas gift sorted’.

“Add this to your collection,” said another, tagging his friend.

This isn’t the first drink the football club created as they’ve already teamed up with Hops and Shots to make a range of craft beers.

If you want to buy your own bottle of £ 35 gin, visit the Whitehall Distillery website.

In order to be as durable as possible, the bottles can be refilled from the distillery, contact Whitehall Distillery for more information.
